At the headquarters of the PetroVietnam University from April 8 to 19, Professor Arif Suleymanov head of the Laboratory of “Development of oil and gas fields and reservoir physics” at Scientific Research Institute of Geotechnological Problems of Oil, Gas and Chemistry (SRI GPOGC) under ASOIU and Professor Haji Malikov deputy director of ASOIU's SRI GPOGC conducted a training course on "Improving oil and gas field development efficiency with advanced technologies".
The courses were conducted by staff from ASOIU's Department of Oil and Gas Engineering and SRI Geotechnological Problems of Oil, Gas, and Chemistry, with the participation of 30 experts from various departments of Petrovietnam Group (Exploration Department, VSP, PVEP, PQPOC, HLHV JOC, VPI, PVChem-Tech, DMC, PVU).
The content, communication methods, and organization of the courses were highly appreciated by the participants. On April 19, during the closing ceremony of the course, representatives and instructors from the Advanced Training Center (ATC) of PetroVietnam University (PVU) presented course completion certificates to the participants.
It is worth noting that within the framework of the visit, Azerbaijani experts held meetings with Dr Phan Minh Quoc Binh, the Rector of PetroVietnam University.
